At Nue Testing, we are committed to providing professional, accurate, and confidential mobile testing services for both individuals and businesses. Due to the nature of our services, including specimen collection requirements, laboratory processing, mobile travel, and chain-of-custody protocols, the following policies apply to all appointments and services.

Refund Policy

All services provided by Nue Testing are non-refundable once a specimen has been collected, a test has been initiated, or a testing kit has been shipped.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Drug Testing (DOT and Non-DOT)

  • DNA Testing (Legal and Non-Legal)

  • Hair Follicle Testing

  • Fingerprinting Services

  • Mobile Notary Services

  • Employer and Onsite Collections

Once testing begins, payment is final due to laboratory fees, processing costs, travel expenses, and compliance procedures.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with proper notice before specimen collection or shipment may qualify for a partial refund, less a $25 administrative processing fee.

Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit all payments made and must pay the full service fee to reschedule.

Testing Site Policy

To protect client privacy, safety, and the integrity of the testing process, only the individual(s) being tested may enter the testing area during collection.

No guests, children, or additional parties are permitted unless approved in advance for legal, medical, or minor-child testing purposes.

Employer Drug Testing Results Policy

All employer-based drug testing results are released directly to the designated employer representative (DER), authorized HR contact, Medical Review Officer (MRO), or approved compliance partner.

Nue Testing does not release employer-based test results directly to employees, donors, or unauthorized third parties.

All questions, follow-up, and result inquiries related to workplace testing must be directed through the employer or designated program administrator.

Legal DNA Testing Results & Identification Policy

All legal DNA testing participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of collection.

Legal DNA test results are released only to the paying party of record and are delivered through secure methods, including secure email and/or certified mail when applicable.

Results will not be released to third parties, including spouses, grandparents, relatives, or other individuals, without written authorization from the paying party or legal documentation permitting release.

For clients enrolled in a payment arrangement, all balances must be paid in full before results are released.

Mobile Service & Mileage Policy

Mileage and mobile travel fees for onsite appointments must be paid in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Mobile service fees are non-refundable once travel has been scheduled or dispatched.

Additional travel fees may apply for extended service areas, after-hours appointments, and same-day service requests.

Inconclusive Test Results Policy

An inconclusive result is defined as a laboratory finding that cannot be reported as positive, negative, or conclusive due to:

  • Insufficient specimen volume

  • Specimen integrity concerns

  • Laboratory processing limitations

  • Contamination or collection issues

  • Other factors outside the control of the collection process

When an inconclusive result occurs, the employer, authorized contact, or paying client will be notified based on the type of service performed.

In most cases, recollection will be required to obtain a valid and reportable result.

Additional recollection, laboratory, and mobile service fees may apply unless otherwise outlined in a written service agreement.

Nue Testing is not responsible for delays caused by laboratory review, third-party processing, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payments & Chargebacks

Clients are expected to contact Nue Testing directly with any billing concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Cancellation of pending results

  • Referral to collections

  • Administrative recovery fees

  • Legal action when applicable

We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and professionally and encourage clients to contact our office directly for support.
