Do I need to fast before my test?
No. Fasting is not required for drug or alcohol testing.
What should I bring?
A valid photo ID and your test authorization form (if provided).
What if I can’t provide a urine sample?
You may be asked to wait and try again. Failure to provide a sample may be considered a refusal.
What about federal drug tests?
Federal/DOT tests follow specific guidelines (49 CFR Part 40). Simply bring your ID and follow instructions from the collector.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
For hair testing, will the cut be visible?
No. Collectors cut a small sample from an inconspicuous area.
Are refunds available?
All bookings are final and no refund will be issued.
Can I pay out of pocket?
Yes. We provide testing for self-employed individuals, court cases, and personal reasons.

How fast are results?
